There is a famous song called “You’ll never walk alone” which has a special meaning for football fans.  Since Julian and Mark met for the first time at their football team’s new stadium six years ago, a friendship has blossomed.
 
Mark and Julian realised when sharing work experiences that they have complimentary business backgrounds.  Earlier this year a "light bulb" moment occurred when both saw a chance to work together on something new. And that led to the creation of DigitalMode, combining the skills and experience of Julian and Mark.

Julian Goode

A Digital Innovator

Julian Goode is a digital media and content specialist – using his experience of more than 25 years in journalism and the digital industry to help people build better websites, run social media channels, and produce high-quality content for all platforms.

Julian is comfortable working with any size of organisation – from start-ups to companies with a large global reach, having run digital operations for the England and Wales Cricket Board for 15 years. Recent projects include consultancy in the UK horseracing industry with digital agency Other Media, social media management for Rugby World Cup sponsor DHL with digital sports consultancy Seven League, freelance journalism for the Financial Times and Essex Life magazine, and projects with various small businesses.

Understanding business requirements, mapping out digital and content strategies to support those objectives, he delivers innovative products to ensure you get the attention and engagement you want from your internet presence.

Mark Morrell

Mark Morrell is an expert in Digital Governance, using his first-hand experience since 1996 with over 40 organisations including BT, Centrica, TeliaSonera, Teva Pharmaceuticals and Unilever to develop the best digital workplaces that help people to be more productive and effective.

At BT, Mark successfully pioneered how to create a strategy, supported by a governance framework, with measurable benefits that was recognised as setting global best practice. He has developed this successfully to help many organisations. So wide and deep are his experiences that Mark has written a book on digital governance Digital success or digital disaster?.
